TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. Project description and special features The Schulstiftung der Diözese Regensburg, a church foundation governed by public law, is implementing the comprehensive structural reorganisation of the Real and Secondary School Oberroning. The school grounds consist of a historic monastery building as well as extension buildings from the 19th and 20th centuries. The former monastery and the extension buildings from the 19th century are protected as listed monuments. Within the scope of the overall measure, the school building extension from the 1970s will be dismantled and replaced by a new building. In parallel, partial general refurbishment and the conversion of the listed existing buildings to future school use will be carried out. The total investment amounts to approximately EUR 57 million according to the cost estimate. To comply with the economic project objectives, the original design planning was comprehensively revised.
