TENDER DESCRIPTION

The building constructed by KJF in Eggenfelden in 1983 houses the Heilpädagogisches Zentrum Rottal-Inn (Rottal-Inn Therapy and Educational Centre) with the facilities of the St. Ruppert School for students with intellectual disabilities (teaching and sports use), a therapy and education day care facility, a school-preparatory facility, and an integrative kindergarten. The original plan to renovate the existing building was abandoned following an economic feasibility assessment, and it was decided—best of all—that a complete (replacement) new build would be carried out. The existing building must be completely demolished and subsequently the site/building ground for the new build must be prepared. The connection to the public utility/road network must be renewed and the new conditions must be adapted accordingly. There is an existing infrastructure that can be used for the replacement new build.
