TENDER DESCRIPTION
It is intended to have the ongoing business of the Harz World Heritage Foundation, which is already largely aligned with the upcoming reorganisation, and which is ready to have its existing strategy, distribution of tasks and working methods, organisational structure and processes comprehensively reviewed. The aim is to increase the effectiveness, efficiency and transparency of the operational work and to position the foundation for the future in accordance with its stakeholders. In addition, it is under discussion whether the existing legal form, the applicable articles of association and the foundation’s purpose are still appropriate or whether they should be adapted as part of the strategic realignment.
