TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Province of South Holland has a large number of sites in its area; see the overview in the appendix “Overview of off-site locations Province of South Holland”. Access to those sites is, at present, secured in various ways. For example, identification for access to buildings takes place using a card and/or physical keys. Managing access to sites, and especially where access is arranged via keys, is labour-intensive and inefficient. Moreover, there is insufficient insight into where keys have been issued and who is responsible for managing the keys. As a result, there is also insufficient control over who seeks/accesses/gains access to secured PZH sites. This procurement aims to conclude an agreement with 1 supplier for the execution of the scope (see paragraph 2.5) for the purpose of access control for the PZH sites. With “access control”, PZH aims to prevent unauthorised access by persons and to have oversight of access to (parts of) all of the Province’s sites.
