TENDER DESCRIPTION

This explanatory note concerns the contract for providing equipment for immunohistochemical (IHC) staining, including the supply of reagents, consumables and maintenance. The contract is issued with a view to two possible cooperation models, namely an all-in reagent rental model (price per slide) on the one hand and a classic purchase model on the other hand. Tenderers shall develop both models in accordance with the provisions of this tender specifications. The contracting authority reserves the right to select one of the two models, based on the bids submitted. Regardless of the chosen model, the solution must provide all necessary resources for the performance of immunohistochemical analyses, including equipment, reagents, consumables, maintenance, training, software and support. The intended duration of the contract is seven years.
