TENDER DESCRIPTION

The South Savo wellbeing services county, Eloisa, requests tenders for office supplies in accordance with this tender request and its appendices. The delivery locations are the premises of the South Savo wellbeing services county. The premises are located in Hirvensalmi, Juva, Kangasniemi, Mikkeli, Mäntyharju, Puumala, Savonlinna, Sulkava, Enonkoski, Rantasalmi and Pieksämäki. The delivery methods are: 1. the supplier’s shelving service (replenishment service). In the Central Hospital of Mikkeli and in the hospital of Savonlinna there are office supplies cabinets/rooms containing a certain basic range of commonly used office supplies. The supplier replenishes the contents of the office supplies cabinets/rooms once a month. The product range is adjusted as needed. The number of shelving locations is 2 in Mikkeli and 1 in Savonlinna. In cooperation with the supplier, the number of shelving locations can be planned. In the replenishment service, products are not ordered; instead the supplier replenishes the inventory.
