TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this public procurement is to conclude a framework agreement for ordering maintenance services for the Translation Gate software and user support, under the terms set out in the procurement documentation. The estimated value of the framework agreement during the contract period is €1,000,000 and the maximum possible total contract value is €3,000,000 excluding value added tax, with a duration of up to 48 months (or until the maximum volume is reached) from the signing of the contract. As a result of this procurement, a framework agreement will be concluded with one service provider. Ordering the works that are the subject of the contract shall be carried out in accordance with the terms set out in the procurement documentation. The works to be ordered under the framework agreement include, in particular: 1. software maintenance services based on a monthly fee; 2. in addition, software development services to be ordered based on an hourly rate; 3. user support service based on a monthly fee; 4. in addition, partner and user consultation services to be ordered based on an hourly rate.
