TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement is the supply of toner and ink cartridges for printing devices based on the Contracting Authority’s needs, and in all respects in accordance with the technical characteristics and other requested conditions stated in this procurement documentation. In the toner and ink cartridge specifications, the Contracting Authority used generally known and customary descriptions of the above-mentioned items according to their numeric and letter designations, the name of the manufacturer, and the description of the model/submodel of the printing devices for which the consumables that are the subject of this procurement are being purchased. From the foregoing it follows that the Contracting Authority described the items as OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturers) toners for the purpose of better recognition of their technical characteristics. In this tender, interested economic operators are allowed to offer “equivalent” toners, ink cartridges, and other consumables whose description, quality and intended use must correspond for proper use on the printing and copying devices listed in the cost schedule.
