TENDER DESCRIPTION

Iglufactory OÜ construction works for a production building in Leie village, in Viljandi municipality. The subject matter of the framework agreement consists of four work packages as one single contract: 1) demolition of interior partitions, a brick electrical cabinet, a wood dryer and a concrete floor (1200 m²) and removal of demolition waste; 2) design and construction of the production floor 1200 m², min 200 mm, concrete C30/37, including preparation of the sub-base. The floor shall be dimensioned for the load of a counterweight lift (front axle load 206 kN); 3) 14 industrial sectional lifts (13 units 3040×3900 mm, 1 unit 2350×2650 mm) including measurement and mechanical installation; 4) installation of lighting and power cable routing in Bay III. Deadline for completion of the works: 31.01.2027. Site familiarisation with the project takes place on 10.09.2026 from 10:00 to 14:00. Please inform RHR in advance of your participation.
