Part 1 - Development of an Forest Fitness Trail: provision of permit-level design with a Natura 2000 impact assessment; incorporation of comments from the design panel and carrying out the permit procedures; preparation of the construction design and performance of the Designer’s site supervision tasks; professional support for procurement procedures related to the associated construction works in connection with the planned investment with the following characteristics. The design area is the Forest Fitness Trail, located in the southern part of the Sóstó Forest on the northern side of Csaló utca. Currently, the site contains outdoor sports equipment, a playground, a barbecue area, and an outdoor forest stage. The objective of the development is to create a barrier-free sanitary facility block and to cover the existing stage. Barrier-free sanitary facility block - 1 unit. The sanitary facility block must be designed so that it can be used in a barrier-free manner by all user groups.
