TENDER DESCRIPTION

Part 1 – Development of the Forest Fitness Trail Provision of permission-level design documentation with a Natura 2000 impact assessment; incorporating comments from the design review board and conducting the permitting procedures; preparation of the construction (executive) plans and performance of the Designer’s site supervision tasks; professional support of procurement procedures related to the associated construction works concerning the planned investment with the following characteristics. The design area is the Forest Fitness Trail, located in the southern part of Sóstó Forest, on the northern side of Csaló köz. The area currently contains outdoor sports equipment, a playground, a place for roasting/grilling with a spit, and a forest stage. The purpose of the development is to create a barrier-free water block and to cover the existing stage. Barrier-free water block – 1 unit The water block must be designed so that it can be used in a barrier-free manner by all user groups.
