TENDER DESCRIPTION

Power trail – a dynamic and energetic traffic area for children and adults – BO 2026. 1) The subject of the contract is a construction work: Construction of a recreational area known as the “Power Trail”, in particular including: a) earthworks and construction of the sidewalk surface; b) earthworks and construction of the safe surface; c) construction of a playground, including delivery and installation of playground equipment; d) delivery and installation of sports and fitness equipment; e) delivery and installation of elements of small architecture; f) construction of fencing for the play area, together with a gate; g) execution of foundations and securing of playground and sports equipment; h) development of the green area, including construction of lawns, planting and land reclamation; i) performance of electrical works, in particular including: – installation of site lighting, – execution of cable lines, – installation of lighting poles together with foundations and fittings, – installation of lighting luminaires, – execution of the required measurement works, tests and inspections, – ensuring the required ICT functionalities related to the lighting luminaires, in accordance…
