The municipality of Voorst and SKBG invite experienced parties to apply for the European non-open tender procedure for the Total Engineering assignment for the new build of Primary School Martinus in Twello. One contract party is sought that compiles and directs an integrated design team for the school, childcare and outdoor areas. The assignment includes, among other things, architecture, structures, installations, building physics, sustainability, cost advice and site integration. The focus is on a coherent, feasible, financially controllable and future-proof design that fits the educational vision and the spatial context. The work in principle runs from project definition through to price and contract formation. Parties with demonstrable experience in integrated design and engineering assignments for educational or comparable utility buildings are cordially invited to apply.
