Total consulting services in connection with the renovation of AB Odense, Department 5 The buildings covered by the comprehensive renovation comprise a total of 6 blocks with 3 storeys, with a total of 27 stairwells and 162 apartments, built in 1963. The tender for the total consultant contract is carried out as a negotiated procedure in accordance with Sections 61-66 of the Danish Public Procurement Act (Udbudsloven).
