TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement concerns the purchase of total advisory service(s) for AAB, Department 25 ("the Department") in connection with the implementation of a renovation project and a densification project. AAB Department 25 was built in 1925 and consists of two buildings with a total of 258 dwellings located at Genforeningspladsen 49-51, 2400 København NV. The Department’s building survey note includes a review of the Department’s buildings, outdoor areas and technical installations, with assessments of condition, maintenance needs and recommended works. On that basis, there is now a need to initiate the renovation of the Department’s basements, maintenance of paving/surfaces, renovation of façades and additional insulation of window spandrels, replacement of windows, and renovation of the Department’s stairwells ("the Renovation Project"). The Renovation Project is carried out without public funding.
