The subject of the contract is total contractor services (planning and construction) for the rapid turnkey new construction of production areas for the pharmacy of Klinikum Bayreuth. All further planning and construction services are intended to be awarded to a qualified company as a total contractor. A building permit is in place. Planning is to be continued on the basis of the functional performance specification. The following cost groups are to be planned and implemented structurally: CG 300-400
