The subject of the contract is total contractor services (planning and construction) for the rapid turnkey construction of new production areas for the Pharmacy of Klinikum Bayreuth. It is planned to award all further planning and construction services to a qualified company as a total contractor. A building permit is in place. Further planning is to be carried out on the basis of the functional performance specification.
