Procurement of specialist planning services for technical equipment (electrical planning - ELT) within the scope of quality assurance concerning the planning and construction services to be provided by the turnkey contractor for the general renovation of the Gasteig Cultural Center. The subject of the tender is therefore specialist planning services for technical equipment (electrical planning - ELT) in the form of monitoring, coordination, testing, control, as well as value engineering activities during the planning and execution phases in connection with the planning and construction services to be provided by the turnkey contractor – see also the service description "TU Controlling ELT" (T2-01-03). The awarding of services is based on the attached contract documents including annexes (tender document T2-01), particularly on the basis of the service description "TU Controlling ELT" (T2-01-03). The services will be awarded stepwise according to the attached contract draft (tender document T2-01) – initially stages 1 and 2. There is no legal entitlement to the transfer of further services.
