TENDER DESCRIPTION

Specialist planning services for Technical Equipment (Heating, Ventilation, Sanitation – MEP) are procured for quality assurance regarding the planning and construction services to be provided by the total contractor for the general renovation of the Gasteig cultural center. The subject of the tender is therefore specialist planning services for Technical Equipment (Heating, Ventilation, Sanitation - MEP) in the form of monitoring, coordination, checking, controlling as well as value engineering activities during the planning and execution phases in connection with the planning and construction services to be provided by the total contractor – see also the service description ‘TU Controlling MEP’ (T2-01-03). The award of services is carried out on the basis of the attached contractual documents including annexes (tender document T2-01), in particular on the basis of the service description ‘TU Controlling MEP’ (T2-01-03).
