Procured are specialist planning services for technical equipment (Heating, Ventilation, Sanitary – HVAC) to ensure quality regarding the planning and construction services to be provided by the general contractor for the complete renovation of the Gasteig Cultural Center. The subject of the tender is therefore specialist planning services for technical equipment (Heating, Ventilation, Sanitary - HVAC) in the form of monitoring, coordination, testing, control, as well as value engineering activities during the planning and execution phases in connection with the planning and construction services to be provided by the general contractor – see also the service specification "GC Controlling HVAC" (T2-01-03). The awarding of services is carried out on the basis of the attached contract documents including annexes (tender document T2-01), in particular based on the service specification "GC Controlling HVAC" (T2-01-03).
