TENDER DESCRIPTION

The overall construction measure includes the full replacement (ground-up renewal) of the North runway of the Manching airfield / WTD 61, including runway lighting, by a turnkey contractor. The renewal will be carried out in the same location as the existing runway. The following services are essentially intended: • renewal of the flight operations areas in the area of the take-off and landing runway, • renewal of the taxiways including connections to the existing infrastructure, • renewal and adjustment of the paved and unpaved shoulder areas, • creation and/or adjustment of fire service standpoints, • renewal of the runway lighting systems including the associated electrical engineering, • renewal and expansion of the underground infrastructure for the lighting and electrical engineering systems, • renewal of the fendering/grille systems, • renewal and/or new construction of the sewer system including the DN 1000 pipeline, • demolition of existing pipelines and blasting shafts, • renewal of the marking of the take-off and landing runway and • re-marking of the parallel taxiway (Taxiway).
