TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract concerns the supply and installation of touchscreens and related accessories at all locations of the contracting authority. The contractor shall carry out the contract in accordance with the programme of requirements as included in Annex 1. The purpose of the contract is to provide the contracting authority with touchscreens that meet the stated requirements in terms of the quality of the materials and the related services. More information can be found in the guide. The contracting authority intends to purchase approximately 110 touchscreens in the 75” format (one type will be selected for all groups and rooms). The touchscreens are, at the contractor’s option, supplied either on an adjustable stand (a standing and movable arrangement) or with an adjustable floor lift (for a wall-mounted arrangement). In both cases, the arrangement must be provided with a lift mechanism and be fully installed and delivered including the required accessories and warranty.
