TENDER DESCRIPTION

With this procurement, Summa intends to conclude a framework agreement with a maximum of three parties that are able to meet the required need for coach transport within Summa. The three parties will be awarded contracts to carry out coach transport via mini-competitions from across the entire organization. This assignment includes both one-day trips and multi-day trips. One-day trips include both pick-up and drop-off services as well as day trips. The contractors are responsible for the proper execution of the required coach transport during the contract period, taking into account all applicable laws and regulations. Based on historical data, the scope of the assignment is approximately €120,000 per year including VAT, which results in approximately €100,000 excluding VAT. The costs in recent years have been fairly stable; therefore, it is expected that these costs will remain stable in the coming years as well. With a maximum duration, as described in paragraph 1.4 of 4 years including possible extensions, the estimated value of this assignment comes to a value during the contract term of €400,000 excluding VAT.
