TENDER DESCRIPTION

NSR is seeking a supplier that wants to be a long-term partner in day-to-day operations. The assignment includes gardening work, maintaining outdoor environments, cleaning, snow removal and simpler handyman tasks at NSR’s facilities. The work is carried out in close proximity to day-to-day operations and involves many smaller but important tasks which together help ensure that our facilities are experienced as well maintained, safe, pleasant and welcoming. The assignment is based on continuity, presence and professional performance over time. We would like to see the same individuals returning to the assignment and getting to know our facilities, working methods and staff. For NSR, it is important that the supplier takes responsibility for the overall picture and notices what needs to be done, even when it is not expressly stated in a job description. To succeed in the assignment, NSR considers that personal commitment, accountability, service-mindedness and professional pride are at least as important as access to machines and equipment.
