TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Erlebach culvert as well as the Endinger Graben in the town center area of Endingen do not have sufficient discharge capacity in case of flooding. The Endinger Graben runs as an upgraded watercourse, partially culverted, through the core urban area of Endingen and discharges at the northwestern outskirts into the RB Bergheimer Weg. In addition to the inflows from the two watercourses Schambach and Erlebach, the Endinger Graben also serves as a receiving water body for urban drainage. In the urban area, there are numerous discharges from developed areas drained by combined and partially separate sewer systems. The Endinger Graben exhibits severe water management and aquatic ecological deficiencies, which were documented during a comprehensive preliminary investigation. To achieve the defined planning objectives, the implementation of an extensive multi-stage expansion concept is planned. An important component is the new construction and expansion of the Endinger Graben Sections 1-4.
