TENDER DESCRIPTION
For the planning and implementation of the new BMX hall Mellowpark in Berlin, specialist planning services for structural engineering design pursuant to Sections 49 et seq. of the HOAI, as well as the special services described in more detail in the specifications, are required. The contract is awarded in service phases. There is no legal entitlement to the award of additional service phases. The contractor is obliged to provide the services of the further service phases if the contracting authority assigns them to the contractor. The information in Section 3 of the contract Structural Engineering Design IV 412 H of the A-Bau applies.
