Structural engineering planning including BIM services for the general renovation of Prinzregentenstraße 7 in service phases (LPH) 1-6 and 8 according to HOAI, call-off by performance levels. Place of execution: Prinzregentenstraße 7, 80538 Munich General renovation of an individual monument with monument-appropriate restoration of the building fabric, conversion of the historic building for contemporary use as an administrative building (technology, accessibility, energy, operational safety, usage requirements) with complete renewal of the house and building technology including new elevator core. Information about the building: Individual monument under ensemble protection, administrative building with 7 full floors and 2 mezzanine floors, built 1907-1909, gross floor area approx. 3,830 m², construction method see item 10 of the project description, details on static restoration requirements see item 10.1 of the project description, information on numerous further preliminary investigations see items 10.2-10.11 of the project description. Cost ceiling for cost groups 200 to 600 according to DIN 276:2018-12: €13.8 million gross.
