TENDER DESCRIPTION

Refurbishment of the listed Lortzingschule, Lortzingstr. 1, 79106 Freiburg, The subject of the procedure is structural engineering planning services for service phases 1-6 including special services. These are listed in the sample contract. The contract is awarded in stages. In stage one, service phases 1-3 are commissioned. There is no entitlement to the commissioning of the respective further stage. A negotiated procedure with a participation competition is carried out in 2 stages pursuant to § 14(3) and § 17 VgV for structural engineering planning services in accordance with HOAI, Part 4, Section 1, § 49 et seq. The building ensemble of the Lortzingschule is currently for the most part in its construction-era condition (1950s) and is protected as a historic monument. The condition of the buildings results in comprehensive refurbishment requirements that cannot be implemented as part of ordinary building maintenance. The aim of the refurbishment is to ensure the long-term preservation of the existing structures with sensible modernisations.
