TENDER DESCRIPTION

Renovation of the listed Lortzingschool, Lortzingstr. 1, 79106 Freiburg, The subject of this procedure is structural engineering planning services for performance phases 1-6 including special services. These are listed in the sample contract. The contract is awarded in stages. In stage one, performance phases 1-3 are awarded. There is no entitlement to the award of the respective further stage. A negotiated procedure with a participation competition is carried out in 2 stages in accordance with § 14(3) and §17 VgV for structural engineering planning services according to HOAI, Part 4, Section 1, § 49 et seq. The building ensemble of the Lortzingschool is currently largely in the condition from the time it was built (1950s) and is protected as a listed monument. The condition of the buildings results in an extensive need for renovation that cannot be implemented as part of normal building maintenance. The aim of the renovation is to secure the long-term preservation of the existing structure with reasonable modernisations.
