TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this procedure is structural engineering planning services in accordance with HOAI Part 4, Section 1, § 49 et seq. for the new build “Social housing project, Alice-Salomon-Straße 1, 79111 Freiburg”. A one-stage open procedure is conducted pursuant to § 14(2) and § 15 VgV. A four-storey residential building is planned with three full storeys and an attic storey with 29 residential units for approximately 60 people. The property is located within the scope of the zoning plan “Innere Elben”. The housing mix includes 19 small units for single-person households, of which four are barrier-free, one unit for social care, four two-room apartments for couples or single parents, and six large apartments for families with five or more persons. The currently planned residential floor area is approximately 1,600 m². The room sizes are based on the state housing promotion programme. As part of this project, during planning the building and energy guidelines of the City of Freiburg must be taken into account, together with the requirements for the establishment of sustainable energy concepts (e.g. PV system).
