TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Municipality of Amsterdam intends to conclude a Framework Agreement with a number of Providers for the provision, on call-off, of training aimed at enhancing expertise in school safety. The Providers will be contracted using the 'Open House model'. The service being procured is intended for school teams of schools for (special) primary education (po), special education, continued (special) education, located on Amsterdam territory. And for state-funded secondary vocational education located on Amsterdam territory. By awarding this contract to various Contracting Parties, the Municipality aims to ensure that school teams in Amsterdam (consisting of teachers, educational support staff, management, etc.) are trained jointly in dealing with and in pedagogical handling of serious boundary-crossing behaviour by children and young people inside and around school. In this way, the Municipality supports the Participants in achieving a safe school climate. This Guideline includes a detailed description of the Assignment and the requirements set for it.
