Objective The funding offer pursues the binding goal of systematically, structurally, and demonstrably preparing people with special support needs for the demands of the labor market. For this purpose, the individual competencies and professional perspectives of the participants are recorded and further developed, while personal, social, and structural barriers are specifically reduced. Central goals are the activation and professional integration of the participants, the targeted transition to suitable follow-up measures, especially qualifications and retraining, or the establishment of employability.
