Objective The funding offer pursues the binding goal of systematically, structurally, and demonstrably preparing people with special support needs for the requirements of the labor market. To do this, the individual skills and professional perspectives of the participants are recorded and further developed, while personal, social, and structural barriers are specifically reduced. Central goals are the activation and professional integration of the participants, the targeted transfer to suitable follow-up measures, especially qualifications and retraining, or also the establishment of employability. This includes both the stabilization of the personal life situation and the development of fundamental key competencies and a clear professional orientation.
