TENDER DESCRIPTION
This contract is a single-award framework agreement, concluded in accordance with Articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 of the Public Procurement Code (CCP). The services will be carried out by issuing purchase orders, in accordance with Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the CCP. The contract is concluded without a minimum threshold and with an annual maximum threshold set at twenty-five thousand (25,000) tonnes of Residual Household Waste (RHW) to be processed.
