TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the preparation and delivery of project documentation at the stage of building intent and the project construction design with details of the execution project (hereinafter referred to as “SZP/VPP”), provision of engineering activities, the result of which will be the securing of a legally effective decision on the building intent and the verification of the construction project by the competent authority (hereinafter referred to as “engineering activities for SZP/VPP”), provision of the settlement of property-law matters of land owners (hereinafter referred to as “MPV”), construction of the structure, provision of related engineering activities during the construction (hereinafter referred to as “engineering activities for commissioning/certification”), preparation and delivery of as-built construction project documentation (hereinafter referred to as “DSZ”) and ensuring that the TSI ENE assessment is carried out by a notified body. The purpose of the structure is to improve the provision of reliable power supply to the catenary on the track section Čaňa no. hr. – Barca, which will have a positive impact on the smooth operation of rail transport.…
