TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the preparation and provision of design documentation at the level of the building intent and the project of the construction works in the details of the executive design (hereinafter referred to as “SZP/VPP”), the provision of engineering activities, the result of which will be ensuring a legally effective decision on the building intent and verification of the construction project by the competent authority (hereinafter referred to as “IČ for SZP/VPP”), ensuring the property and legal settlement of the owners of the land plots (hereinafter referred to as “MPV”), the implementation of the construction, ensuring related engineering activities during the construction period (hereinafter referred to as “IČ for commissioning/hand-over”), the preparation and provision of as-built project documentation (hereinafter referred to as “DSZ”) and ensuring an assessment of TSI ENE by a notified body.
