TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is the preparation of project documentation for the first stage of the tram line in Litovelská Street and Míru Ave., which begins after the Nádraží město level crossing and continues via the intersection of Na Šibeníku Street to the intersection with Pražská Street. The scope of the area to be addressed is stated in the documentation entitled “Reconstruction of Litovelská St and Míru Ave”, prepared in the form of an area study, whose developer is MAAUS s.r.o., Gorkého 51/1, 602 00 Brno, Company ID (IČ): 09613111, May 2026. The subject of the documentation will be an independent track, its required power supply, overhead contact line equipment, and the integration of the track into the street cross-section. In addition, the future solution for cycle traffic will be addressed, stops with shelters, pedestrian communications (sidewalks), pedestrian crossings, replacement of the sewer system and water supply, the necessary driveways and entrances to properties, public lighting, traffic signal equipment, connection to the city’s fibre-optic network, a camera system, drainage of stormwater, street furniture and public green spaces.
