TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract includes the following works and related services: - Execution studies with delivery of the DOE at the end of the contract; - Various works for clearing of land areas, tree felling, miscellaneous demolitions, removal of abandoned networks, removal of asbestos pipelines, road planing; - Marking, horizontal and vertical signage, pedestrian pathways, for the accompanying works of the T7; - Coordination with the contract holder responsible for the temporary SLT and temporary lighting and the relocation of temporary elements throughout the site; - General demolitions and earthworks: - Dry networks (including ducts, protective concrete, various chambers, leveling of manholes); - Curbs and various islands; - Pavement structures for roads, sidewalks, parking; - Surfacing of roads, sidewalks, islands, parking lots, and various areas; - Road drainage; - Supply and installation of standard street furniture; - Police signage (horizontal and vertical), whether related to the site or not; - Execution of masonry and small civil engineering works, treatments at parcel edges (fences, gates, low walls); - Opening of tree pits.
