TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract includes the following works and associated services: - Execution studies with submission of the as-built documents (DOE) at the end of the contract; - Various works including clearance of land take areas, tree felling, various demolitions, removal of abandoned networks, removal of asbestos pipes, road planing; - Marking, horizontal and vertical signage, pedestrian walkways, for the accompanying works of the T7; - Coordination with the contract holder responsible for the temporary SLT and temporary lighting and the relocation of provisional elements along the site; - Demolitions and general earthworks: - Dry networks (including ducts, protective concrete, various chambers, leveling of manhole covers); - Curbs and various traffic islands; - Road, sidewalk, and parking structure; - Roadway, sidewalk, traffic island, parking, and various surface coatings; - Road drainage; - Supply and installation of standard street furniture; - Police signage (horizontal and vertical), site or otherwise; - Masonry works and various minor civil engineering works, treatments at plot edges (fences, gates, low walls); - Opening of tree pits.
