The contract timeline is as follows:

• Contract Start Date: The services begin on January 1, 2027, or on the notification date if it is later.
• Initial Period End Date: The initial period will conclude on December 31, 2027.
• Renewal: The contract is tacitly renewable a maximum of one time for a period of 15 months.
• Maximum End Date: The maximum duration of the contract is set for March 31, 2029.
• Anticipated Renewal: An early renewal is possible if the maximum amount for the first contractual period is reached before its scheduled end. In this case, the second period starts upon receipt of the early renewal decision and ends either when the maximum amount for the second contractual period (€360,000 HT) is reached or on March 31, 2029, whichever occurs first.

The core scope of work for this tender involves the transfer, treatment, and valorization of vegetal waste produced within the territory of Mâconnais-Beaujolais Agglomération. The services are to be defined as needed through purchase orders, which will specify quantities, supplies, services, prices, delivery/performance location, and other contractual details.

Key deliverables and reporting requirements include:

• Monthly Operating Reports: These reports, due by the 10th of the following month, must detail monthly and cumulative material inputs and outputs per site and in total, the site's filling status, the progress of treatment lines (such as grinding, fermentation, turning, maturation, and screening), grinding operations and quantities, deliveries of ground material, and the activity calendar for the upcoming month.
• Annual Operating Reports: To be submitted before the end of the first quarter of year n+1, these reports should cover the origin and quality of vegetal waste, a balance of treated tonnages, presentation of outputs, types of finished products, a composting balance, and an environmental balance of waste produced.

The contract is set to commence on January 1, 2027, or upon notification if later, and will conclude its initial period on December 31, 2027. The market has a maximum order amount of 300,000.00 euros HT for the initial period.
