TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is construction work for the complete reconstruction of three buildings of the former kindergarten Pod Skalkou, no. p. 50 in Přerov – Předmostí. In two buildings on parcel no. st. 725 and 728, a home for persons with disabilities will be built, with facilities for a permanent service, as part of the transformation of Domov Na zámečku Rokytnice, p.o. (SO 01, SO 02, SO 04). In the building on parcel no. st. 726, new premises will be created for the Přerov branch of the Social Prevention Centre, p.o. (SO 03). On the adjacent other plots, parcel nos. 30/107 and 30/106, sidewalks, parking lots will be built and greenery planted.
