TENDER DESCRIPTION

Execution works for “Conversion of the German Theoretical High School „Johann Ettinger” into an NZEB building”. Energy-efficiency improvement works will be carried out for buildings C1 - high school building, C3 - boarding school, C6 - canteen, of the High School, which will lead to the rehabilitation/modernisation/equipping of the educational infrastructure and the conversion of the high school into an NZEB building. Works proposed to be executed in accordance with the technical design are: • architectural works; • structural works; • electrical installations; • sanitary installations; • heating (thermal) installations; • ventilation installations; • installations for preparing domestic hot water; • photovoltaic installations; • automation; • tests; • trials; • commissioning; • As-Built documentation; • remedying all potential non-conformities until final acceptance. The investment includes complex works on the buildings: • high school; • boarding school; • canteen. By implementing the investment, the following are pursued: • reducing annual energy consumption; • reducing primary energy consumption; • reducing CO₂ emissions; • improving thermal comfort; • improving acoustic…
