TENDER DESCRIPTION

Execution works for „Transformation of the German Theoretical High School „Johann Ettinger” into an NZEB building”. Energy-efficiency improvement works will be carried out for the buildings C1 – high school building, C3 – boarding school, C6 – canteen, of the High School, which will lead to the rehabilitation/modernisation/equipment of the educational infrastructure and the transformation of the high school into an NZEB building. Works proposed to be executed according to the technical design are: • architectural works; • structural works; • electrical installations; • sanitary installations; • thermal installations; • ventilation installations; • installations for preparing domestic hot water; • photovoltaic installations; • automation; • tests; • trials; • commissioning; • As-Built documentation; • remediation of any possible nonconformities up to final acceptance. The investment includes complex works on the following buildings: • high school; • boarding school; • canteen. By implementing the investment, the following are pursued: • reduction of annual energy consumption; • reduction of primary energy consumption; • reduction of CO₂ emissions; • improvement of thermal…
