The NEW Smart City GmbH intends to award planning services for the transformation of an existing district heating network on Voltastraße in Mönchengladbach in accordance with performance phases 2 to 4 of HOAI. The basis for the planning is a transformation plan already available under BEW (Federal Funding for Efficient Heat Networks), the results and preferred variant of which must be taken into account by the contractor, checked and converted into an approval-ready planning.
