TENDER DESCRIPTION
DISTRIBUTION TRANSFORMERS 1/0.4 kV WITH COPPER WINDINGS 10 ÷ 160 kVA in accordance with ST 214. All purchased products must meet the general requirements specified in the standards in Annex 1 of ST 214, must have economical operation, must be able to be operated under safe conditions and must be compatible with the existing equipment in Delgaz Grid S.A.’s installations. The transformers must comply with all applicable standards and legislative requirements, even if they are not explicitly mentioned in this technical specification. For the standards mentioned in this technical specification, equivalence with other standards is also accepted, provided that the minimum technical requirements imposed are met. The transformers will be equipped with the elements presented in the chapters of this specification as options only if they are stated in the purchase order. Otherwise, the standard equipment must not include them. The installation/assembly of the transformers will be carried out in accordance with the documentation provided by the manufacturer, which is obliged to specify the requirements regarding occupational safety and the ones corresponding to emergency situations.
