TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract is intended to ensure the service of collecting, transporting and disposing of 2,500 tonnes (estimated) of sludge produced by the stormwater basin at the wastewater treatment plant in Waterloo. The services include: • loading the sludge collected at a point in the stormwater basin (west end of the stormwater basin, near the access path for the paved road) • removal of the sludge, i.e. an estimated 2,500 tonnes • necessary transport • any possible treatment and disposal of the sludge in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations • legal disposal of all fractions resulting from any possible treatment • ancillary costs: all costs of whatever nature, to carry out the service successfully, including sampling and analysis costs • complete administrative management of the process stream(s) in accordance with the legislation in force • provision of the administrative and technical documents enabling in BW to ensure traceability of the sludge and any by-products by process stream implemented This contract is intended to ensure the service of collecting, transporting and disposing of 2,500 tonnes (estimated) of sludge produced by the stormwater basin at the…
