1. Scope of the subject matter of the contract: The subject matter of the contract is a service covering loading, transport and recovery of waste with code 19 12 12. 2. The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. 3. The place for receipt/loading of waste onto the Contractor’s vehicles is: 1) Barycz Ecological Centre at ul. Krzemienieckiej 40, 30-694 Kraków, 2) Bulk Waste Treatment Plant at ul. Nowohucka 1, 31-580 Kraków, 3) Municipal Waste Recycling Centre in Kraków at ul. Igołomska 17 A, 31-983 Kraków. 3. Division of the subject matter of the contract into parts: Acting pursuant to Article 91(2) of the Public Procurement Law (Pzp), the Contracting Authority informs that it has decided not to divide this public contract into parts (partial lots/tasks).
