TENDER DESCRIPTION
This procurement covers the conclusion of a framework agreement for the emptying of collection containers for textile waste at 10 of ARGO's recycling centers, Gadstrup Recycling Facility, and Odsherred Municipality's 4 recycling centers, as well as the transport of the waste to reception facilities for treatment. The offered framework agreement has a duration of 1 year with the possibility of extension 3 times for 12 months each. The framework agreement will be awarded to one Supplier. The estimated value of the framework agreement for the entire contract period, including the option period, is estimated based on previous consumption to be DKK 5,900,000. The estimated value is only indicative and cannot be taken as a guarantee of future turnover. Volume may vary both upwards and downwards during the contract period. The maximum value of the framework agreement is DKK 8,700,000. The contracting authority has chosen to divide the framework agreement into the following subcontracts: 1) Subcontract 1: ARGO Recycling A/S, Transport and collection of textile waste from ARGO Recycling A/S's recycling centers.
