TENDER DESCRIPTION
The framework agreement concerns the road transport of petroleum products in tankers for the benefit of the operational energy service (SEO) in metropolitan France and Corsica. A brief description of the expected services under the framework agreement is defined in article 2.4 "Main characteristics of the consultation" of the consultation regulation for the "candidature" phase attached to this consultation. The special technical clauses document (CCTP) defining the need in its entirety will be attached to the consultation file for the "offer" phase (DCE OFFRE). This DCE OFFRE will only be sent to candidates selected following this first "candidature" phase. The sending of invitations to tender for the "offer" phase is estimated for 17/11/2026. The deadline for submitting applications for the current "candidature" phase is set at 07/09/2026 at 10:00.
