TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract concerns medical transport following the taking in charge of injured, wounded or distressed persons on the ski area of Valmeinier by SEMVAL. The contract is awarded in the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders, concluded without any annual minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 100,000 euro(s) excluding tax (HT) per year. The services will be performed as and when SEMVAL’s needs arise, by issuing purchase orders, within the limit of the maximum annual amount set out in this contract. This framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of one year from the date of notification. It may be renewed twice for a period of one year each time, i.e. a maximum total duration of three years, without the contractor being able to object.
